         Matthew Taylor has worked in the incorporation and entity creation industry since 1997. Personally, he has worked with over 11,000 business owners to help structure their corporations and LLCs. He was the President of the Nevada Registered Agent Association for 6 years, and is currently the Director of Government Affairs. In his various positions, he passionately lobbies the Nevada and Wyoming Legislatures to protect business owner rights. He frequently speaks on popular topics such as "structuring a business" and "wealth preservation." He is the founder and CEO of Nevada Business Center, Wyoming Business Center and EasyBizStart.com. In his downtime, he is a certified wilderness guide, and teaches outdoor and backpacking skills for the Tahoe Rimtrail Association. He currently lives in Carson City.
